Might be useful for returning eastboss' bullets for some extra damage. It blocks bullets fine but apparently not all projectiles since west frog's shurikens seem to go through it. It only really blocks if you dash into the (which is fine I guess). So I ended up grabbing the upgrade that shields you from projectiles while you dash but am a bit dissapointed. I grabbing the chain dash first is a no-brainer but I am a bit confused about what to get next.
Figured it would be nice to compile some more info on what each does and how well it works. Hi, I have been getting a tad frustrated at lack of info given about the upgrades before you buy them, especially since money is not that easy to come by.
